Gift a wish of matrimonial bliss

No wedding celebration can be complete without flowers. Apart from beautifying the place as decoration, flowers also arrive either along with other gifts or as gifts themselves. Then there would also be the traditional bridal bouquet. This tradition is replaced in many places by a new trend where the bride carries a single, long stemmed white lily. The most common flowers given as wedding gifts are roses, of course, but some other flowers are also welcome at the wedding. These are acacia, camellia, forget-me-not, daisy, gardenia, honeysuckle, myrtle, sunflowers, orange blossom, pansy, rose, rosemary, ivy, lily and lily of the valley.
